We are incredibly excited to announce that we have partnered with indie.io to publish The Haunting of Joni Evers!

Working with a publisher amplifies our small team's efforts tenfold as it allows us to focus our attention and resources on crafting Joni's tale while they leverage their expertise to put the game in front of more potential players. As we were talking to and evaluating potential publishers, indie.io stuck out to us with their track record of helping other indies reach a wider audience and once we started talking to them their enthusiasm for Joni was unmatched, and the path forward was clear.

Milestone: 4,000 Wishlists

Indie.io has already got us off to a great start in helping us reach the 4,000 wishlist milestone on Steam, and that number continues to climb every day. In addition to managing our store page, they have been planning appearances at virtual and in-person events, marketing campaigns, and more behind-the-scenes magic to get our game in front of as many people as possible.

Development Status: Hurtling Toward Alpha

We also thought now would be a great time to share how development has been going. For the past couple of months we have been laser-focused on the last big questions of how Joni accomplishes her goals in the second half of the game: two new Rituals have been designed and implemented to break the curse and we now have about 75% of the game's scripts written to bring Joni some closure.
